Family Constellations is a systemic approach that explores the relationships, patterns and dynamics within a family system. It offers a way of looking beyond the individual and considering how our lives may be influenced by the experiences, relationships and histories of those who came before us.
During a constellation, elements of the family system are brought into view, creating an opportunity to observe relationships and patterns from a different perspective. Dynamics that may have been difficult to recognize can become more visible through the process.
The work creates a space for exploration, awareness and a deeper understanding of one's place within the family system.
