A Shared Space for Exploration
A workshop offers an opportunity to experience Family Constellations within a group setting. Participants come together with their own questions, experiences and intentions, while witnessing and taking part in the unfolding of the work.
Each workshop is different. The process is guided by what emerges within the group, allowing each constellation to unfold in its own way.
Arrival
Arriving in the space, meeting the group and creating an intention for the day.
Exploration
Constellations begin to unfold as participants bring forward what they wish to explore.
Experience
The group becomes part of the process, witnessing and participating in the work as it develops.
Integration
Time to reflect, settle and take the experience with you beyond the workshop.
